Upon entering Yume, guests are immediately enveloped in an atmosphere of calm and sophistication. A Menu of Authenticity
We had miso soup and Kaisen salad with toro as our opening dish and both really meet our expectations and more. Especially the Kaisen salad’s sauce that really fit with our taste and of course the Toro really gave us a taste of a high-quality meat, something that one should really try if you ever be there.
Right after we finish our starters, it’s time for our main course for that day. They are Inari sushi, mix of rolls and a set of grilled meatballs, shiitake mushroom, chicken satay, chicken wings and skin.
The ultimate dish for our lunch that day was the Toro Charcoal, it is fatty tuna grilled to medium well, completed with fresh egg yolk and yakiniku sauce. The sensation is on another level that one would really think it’s a premium meat steak. The taste, texture, and flavour were so resembling to a top-quality steak and it doesn’t even smell like fish!
At Yume Omakase, each dish is a work of art. The menu showcases a selection of sushi and sashimi, featuring premium ingredients like toro (fatty tuna) and uni (sea urchin).
