The Indonesia Wedding Congress (IWC) returns with its second edition, set to take place at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, on December 2–4, 2025. The official launch of the 2nd Indonesia Wedding Congress 2025 was held today, marking a strategic step in reinforcing Indonesia’s position as a world-class wedding and MICE destination.
The Indonesia Wedding Congress is a collaborative forum for education and networking that brings together national and international wedding industry players—ranging from wedding organisers, venues, and creative vendors to tourism stakeholders. The congress aims to foster new synergies that will further drive the growth of the wedding industry, contributing significantly to Indonesia’s tourism and creative economy sectors.
Chairman of the 2nd Indonesia Wedding Congress 2025, Panca R. Sarungu, emphasised: “We aim to present the only luxury B2B event platform that not only connects industry players but also builds a shared vision of positioning Indonesia as one of the world’s top wedding destinations. Bali has already proven itself as a global icon, and through this congress, we hope to expand its positive impact to other regions across Indonesia.”

Meanwhile, Head of Badung Regency Tourism Office, I Nyoman Rudiarta, S.STP., MM, added: “Most of Bali’s wedding destinations are located in Badung. With this congress, we are optimistic that the quality of services and the appeal of Badung as a premium wedding hub will continue to grow.”
With the theme “Redefining Luxury Weddings in a Global Era”, the 2nd IWC 2025 will feature conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and networking sessions with both national and international speakers, targeting hundreds of participants from various countries.
