In honour of International Yoga Day, Sudamala Resorts proudly announces the launch of the Sudajiva Soul Series, a three-day wellness celebration taking place from 20 to 22 June 2025 across its resorts in Bali, Lombok, and Flores.
This signature series invites guests to participate in a curated programme of soul-nourishing activities rooted in yoga, sound healing, and traditional wellness. Each experience draws from the local wisdom and natural beauty of its host island, reflecting Sudamala’s continued commitment to mindful luxury, cultural authenticity, and holistic well-being throughout the Indonesian archipelago.
Programme Overview
Day 1 – Sunrise Yoga & Sound Healing
Date: 20 June 2025
Time: 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM
Location: Beachfront or garden setting at each resort
Guests will begin the day with a tranquil sunrise yoga session accompanied by sound healing using traditional instruments unique to each island, from Balinese gamelan to Sasak and Manggarai rhythms. The experience concludes with herbal teas and a Sudajiva wellness token, such as a branded yoga mat strap or natural incense pack.
Day 2 – “Journey to Inner Balance” Wellness Workshop
Date: 21 June 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Sudajiva Spa at each resort
This interactive workshop explores the regional healing philosophies of Bali, Lombok, and Flores through breathwork, guided meditation, and self-massage using Sudajiva Spa’s signature oils. Participants will receive a special spa treatment offer valid on the same day.
Day 3 – Sunset Wellness Ritual: Yoga Nidra & Wellness Canapés

Time: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: Wooden deck, garden, or poolside
Guests will wind down the series with a guided Yoga Nidra practice followed by nourishing plant-based canapés and herbal elixirs crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Each venue has been carefully chosen to showcase the natural beauty of its surroundings, creating an atmosphere that is both calming and visually immersive.
