The Spellbound Pumpkin features layers of spiced pumpkin mousse, pumpkin seed praline, orange crèmeux, and a pumpkin seed biscuit with crumble, harmoniously combined to deliver both comfort and sophistication in every bite.
“Our goal was to highlight the pumpkin in its entirety, from the flesh to the seeds, and transform it into a dessert that feels festive yet refined.
