Affectionately known as Sim, Sim Sze Wei is a highly regarded figure in the international bar scene. With an impressive portfolio that includes roles at world-renowned establishments such as Atlas and Caffe Fernet, Sim has also represented Singapore on the global stage, earning Top 3 International placement at La Maison Cointreau 2018 and reaching the Global Top 16 at Bacardi Legacy 2018 and Elit Art of Martini 2017. A former nominee for Singapore’s Top 4 Bartenders, Sim is celebrated for his warm personality, refined craftsmanship, and a creative approach that continues to redefine contemporary cocktail culture.
