THARA Kitchen & Bar located inside Chesa Canggu is a casual dining spot serving flavorful Asian fusion cuisine. Reimagining local culinary heritage through seasonal, low-waste menus prepared using Bali’s bountiful produce, THARA offers all-day dining across its Restaurant, Bar, and Lounge.
This month, THARA aims to captivate visitors by incorporating seasonal ingredients into their experience. The new menu, the Gochu Mac’n Cheese and Soy Ginger Roasted Chicken are Korean-inspired and both creatively crafted by THARA’s Chef Nuk Karmawan. The Gochu Mac’n Cheese features Gochujang cream sauce, triple cheese, and molica. Those who don’t mind a bit of heat can go for the Soy Ginger Roasted Chicken, where the chicken is glazed with soy ginger, spices, chili oil, garlic rice, pickled cucumber, shallot, and cilantro.
“Due to popular demand, this is the first time THARA Kitchen & Bar offers Korean-inspired dishes. Available throughout November, get the Soy Ginger Roasted Chicken priced at IDR 155K and Gochu Mac’n Cheese priced at IDR 85K. Extend the dining experience with special beverages Coconut Coast with Rum, coconut liqueur, pineapple juice, orange juice, and coconut cream, while Electric Smash with Vodka, blue curacao, lime juice, simple syrup, both priced at IDR 75K.
