Starting July, Karting Star Bali changes its name into Go-Kart Bali. According to the management, the decision is made in order to expand the circle of people who can come to their venue. These people are not only athletes or those who are well-prepared for racing, but also families with kids or everyone who wants to achieve some good times.
Previously, the word “club” was present in their brand. This word already initially implies a kind of closed community of people. Now is another time. People have become more open and they do not need borders. Therefore, they are expanding the range of people by rebranding. They are open to everyone!
You can either book in advance or pop up at the venue, and off you go to the track. Of course, some basic instructions will be provided by the crew, including how to properly handle the ‘beast’ Honda GX 270-CC-engine-power kart. Get a chance to hit the pedal up to 80 kilometres per hour. The track is made of smooth concrete with a given security in the form of tires lining on the side of the track.
For those who have never go-karted before, this can be a bit scary experience, but well-assured this will also be both fun and easy. Go-Kart Bali crew will spend time with you while you are getting fitted to a kart and safety gear.
Rules of Thumbs:
- Follow all instructions given by the crews and track officials
- Do not bring a mobile phone and/or camera or any unnecessary items while driving Go-Kart
- Avoid any bumping and collisions with other karts for safety reason
- No Reckless driving
- Do not press the accelerator and brake pedal at the same time
- Except for drivers and crews, nobody is allowed to be inside the track during the race
- Whatever happens, always stay in your kart until you are allowed to leave the kart

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!
