Celebrate Chinese Year 2026 at Le Bleu by K Club in Nusa Dua

Chinese New Year marks the first new moon of the lunar calendar and is celebrated across East and Southeast Asia as a moment of reflection on past events and renewal for the year ahead. Year 2026 welcomes the Year of the Fire Horse, which is a symbol of vitality, independence and progress.

Le Bleu by K Club with its elegant dining area and beach front spaces is celebrating the occasion with limited edition festive family sharing menu, performances and immersive interiors, blending tradition with contemporary luxury.

With a menu built around ritual, symbolism, and generous sharing for the season, Le Bleu is celebrating the Chinese New Year in gustatory delight. A handcrafted selection leans into tradition, coupled with festive Cantonese dishes that bring the indulgence and prosperity to the table. An elegant setting that’s suited to slow, meaningful reunion meals with family and delicious food to ring in the new year.

The Family Sharing Menu spotlights delicacies from sea for a memorable feast that opens with auspicious starters, mix seafood yusheng style, seared lobster dumpling, and Charcoal grill Yellow fin Tuna tataki. Afterwards, Grilled Jimbaran whole fish, Grilled seafood skewer and barbeque pork rib and noodle will be served. Bring brightness to the table to close the meal with a poetic dessert pairing, Vanilla crème brulée and Fashion of Mango designed to finish on harmony and sweetness.

Mix seafood yusheng style – Grilled Prawn, Salmon, Octopus and Squid, Mix Green Leave, Young Mango, Papaya, Avocado, Cabbage, Organic Beet Sweet Chili Dressing

Seared lobster dumpling – Spicy Mayo, Garlic and Chili Butter

Charcoal grill Yellow fin Tuna tataki – Ginger Soy Dressing, Pickle Shaved Fennel, Pomelo, Lemon Crème, and Salmon Roe

Grilled Jimbaran whole fish – Marinated in Spice Bumbu Bali, Sambal Matah

Barbeque pork rib and noodle – BBQ Sauce, Stir Fried BBQ Noodle and Sesame Crushed

Grilled seafood skewer – Beurre Blanc Sauce, Pesto Sauce, Sambal Balado
