The evening begins with a refreshing arrival ritual before guests enjoy premium canapés such as oysters on ice, tuna tartare, grilled scallops and Wagyu beef tataki. The main course features an indulgent selection of charcoal grilled striploin, slow smoked beef brisket, lamb cutlets, rock lobster tails, jumbo prawns and whole reef fish infused with Balinese spices.
