Labyrinth Collective is proud to announce the official launch of Recombination, the latest fulldome masterpiece by visionary fractal artist Julius Horsthuis. This groundbreaking show invites you to an immersive journey through music, space, and mathematics, presented in breathtaking clarity on the dome and it will premiere on July 4, 2025, at the Labyrinth Dome in Nuanu Creative City.
The show will be projected at the Dome every weekend, from Friday to Sunday, over a period of 3 months, with two daily sessions, and tickets priced from $10, available at the website: labyrinth.art. Without a doubt, this is a unique opportunity to witness a masterpiece that has already sold hundreds of thousands of tickets worldwide, but this will be the first time it lands in Asia, with Indonesia being the country chosen by the artist.
“The technical features of the space itself, a dome equipped with the best visual and sound technologies, along with Labyrinth’s vision of combining technology and art in a location like Nuanu, where every detail is carefully considered in terms of the environment, culture, art, and local identity, made the decision to be here and be part of this future vision an easy one.” Julius said.
Recombination is a hypnotic voyage into the hidden architecture of the universe, blending mathematical precision with emotional depth through stunning fractal visuals and an epic soundtrack. Projected across the full 360° surface of the 21-meter diameter dome, this experience envelops the audience in a state of wonder, introspection, and sensory immersion. The soundtrack is delivered in rich 5.1 surround sound, crafted by world-class artists to enhance the emotional depth of your journey. Feel the music flow around you, perfectly synchronized with the visuals, for a truly multi-sensory experience.
“We are honored to host Julius Horsthuis’ Recombination for its Asian debut,” said Rafael Jimenez, Director of Labyrinth Collective. “This marks a new chapter in our mission to merge art, technology, and consciousness.”
“Recombination reflects what we are doing – trying to bring best minds, artists, experiences to Nuanu and create unique experiences for our guests that combine the amazing nature and rich cultural tapestry of bali with bold experimentation – from architecture to technologies and ways we experience things.
Hosting this work inside Labyrinth Dome is part of a much larger experiment, one that moves us from passive viewing to full immersion, exploring how spaces, stories, and technology can reshape the way we experience art and ourselves and create a new perspective to appreciate what’s already here – nature, culture and other people” — Lev Kroll, CEO of Nuanu Creative City
