Sanur Resort Watujimbar proudly celebrates its 12th anniversary with a warm and meaningful celebration held on 16 April 2026. Embracing simplicity and togetherness, the occasion takes place during breakfast service, shared with in-house guests and invited attendees.
As part of this special milestone, Sanur Resort Watujimbar collaborates with Annika Linden Centre, a Bali-based foundation dedicated to supporting children with special needs through therapy, education, and creative development programs. The foundation, which encompasses Puspadi Bali, YPK Bali, and DNetwork, aims to empower children to express themselves, build confidence, and enhance their quality of life through various therapeutic approaches.
The celebration also features a live painting session showcasing the talents of children from Annika Linden Centre. This activity highlights a unique blowing technique, where paint is spread across the canvas using breath control. This method not only creates distinctive artworks but also serves as a form of therapy, helping to improve motor skills, coordination, and self-expression.
The artworks created will be displayed throughout April in the restaurant area. Guests and visitors will have the opportunity to purchase selected pieces, with 100% of the proceeds donated directly to Annika Linden Centre to support their programs and initiatives.
The celebration is further enriched with a ceremonial cake cutting and tumpeng, symbolizing gratitude and appreciation for the 12-year journey and achievements. These are shared with guests and invitees, adding a warm and festive touch to the occasion.
In the lead-up to the anniversary, Sanur Resort Watujimbar also demonstrated its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility by participating in a tree planting initiative in Melaya Village, Negara. This activity reflects the resort’s dedication to environmental preservation and its ongoing contribution to the community.
