Bali’s economy grew by 6.91 percent in the second quarter of 2026. The accommodation and food and beverage services sector remained the largest contributor to Bali’s economic structure, accounting for 21.91 percent. On an annual basis, Bali’s economy grew by 5.78 percent. Based on data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), it was stated that Bali’s economic growth in the second quarter of 2026 was higher than in the first quarter of 2026.

This growth further underscores the strategic role of the tourism, hospitality, and culinary sectors in supporting Bali’s economy. As activity in these three sectors continues to increase, market opportunities for products, raw materials, technology, and various supporting solutions for the food and beverage industry are also expanding. As one of the world’s leading tourist destinations, Bali is also strategically positioned to promote the potential of Indonesia’s F&B industry and culinary heritage to both domestic and international visitors. This momentum has encouraged Krista Exhibitions Group to once again present Bali Interfood 2026, marking its 7th edition, to be held on 2-4 September 2026 at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC), Nusa Dua, Bali.

Bali Interfood 2026 will showcase a wide range of products and solutions for the food and beverage industry, including raw materials, bakery and pastry products, coffee, wine & spirits, HORECA, catering services, processing equipment, as well as packaging technology and solutions. The presence of these products and technologies will give business players an opportunity to explore the latest developments while identifying products and solutions that meet their business needs.

This year’s event will also feature Bali Hotel & Tourism, Bali Coffee Expo, Bali Wine & Spirit, and Bakery Indonesia Expo 2026. Holding several exhibitions at the same time and venue is expected to broaden opportunities for producers, distributors, buyers, hotels and restaurants, culinary businesses, and technology providers to meet and explore new partnerships.

Daud D. Salim, CEO of Krista Exhibitions, said that Bali Interfood 2026 will feature 110 exhibitors, including 35 MSMEs, with a target of 15,000 visitors. “Bali has tremendous potential because tourism, hotels, restaurants, and food and beverage businesses are growing simultaneously. We want Bali Interfood to serve as a platform for businesses to introduce their products, meet potential partners, and gain information about the latest developments in the food and beverage sector,” said Daud D. Salim.

This year’s Bali Interfood exhibitors come from eight countries: China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, and France. The participation of exhibitors from various countries gives visitors and business players an opportunity to discover products and the latest developments from international markets.

As part of the Bali Interfood 2026 series, in addition to presenting a diverse range of products and solutions for the food, beverage, bakery, hotel, restaurant, and café industries, Bali Interfood 2026 will also feature a variety of engaging programs designed to provide experiences, education, and networking opportunities for visitors and industry professionals.

A special highlight of Bali Interfood 2026 is the three-day international Gelato World Cup Indonesian Selection program. Visitors can watch competitions and a variety of gelato workshops, including the Gelato Workshop Coconut Mango Dessert and Mixologist Workshop Morello Cherry Gelato on 2 September, the Gelato Competition, as well as the Gelato Workshop Sobert Lollies and Mixologist Workshop Blood Orange Sorbet.

Visitors can take part in a range of inspiring sessions, including Cinnamon Roll with Chef Fajri Winarno and Dimsum Keju Lumer & Ghyong Chilli Oil with Chef Lucky R Katili; the Bali Beans Manual Brew Class with Barista I Made Galih Kresnadana; and a Mie Goreng Lada Hitam & Kwetiau Goreng Olive Vegetable demonstration with Chef Ugay. The Main Stage will feature a Wine Pairings program covering Wine & Coffee Sensory with Bali Beans Coffee, Wine & Chocolate Pairing with Mason Chocolates Bali, and Plant-Based Perfection: A Green Rebel Wine Pairing Workshop.

In the Business Matching Room, Bali Interfood 2026 will present a series of networking and business-matching programs designed to connect Ho.Re.Ca.Ba (Hotel, Restaurant, Café, and Bakery) industry players with suppliers and exhibitors. The programs include Ngopi Darat with Purchasing & Supplier Ho.Re.Ca.Ba Bali, Coffee Morning with APKRINDO & APRINDO Bali, Afternoon Tea with IKABOGA & PHRI Bali, and Meetup with Bali Restaurant Café Associations.

The full series of programs in the Business Matching Room will serve as a strategic platform for direct meetings between association representatives, purchasing and procurement professionals from Bali’s hotel, restaurant, café, and bakery sectors, and suppliers and exhibitors offering a wide range of products, technologies, and solutions for industry needs. Through these meetings, businesses can expand sourcing opportunities, build business networks, and explore potential collaborations and partnerships that can support the growth of Bali’s hospitality and culinary industries.

Education and professional development programs will also be available through the Krista Training Center by IKABOGA, which will conduct BNSP Certification. The certification program covers Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, Baker, Commis Pastry, and RCC (Certificate Validity Extension). Meanwhile, the IPBI Competition Area will host competitions and workshops for culinary and hospitality professionals, including the Fruit Carving Competition, Table Setting Into the Sea Competition, Flower Table Decoration Workshop, as well as a panel discussion titled “Rethinking Food Waste: How Hospitality Can Do It Better” by the Business & Community Manager of the Bali Restaurant Café Association (BRCA).

Bali Interfood 2026 is also supported by various ministries, regional governments, associations, educational institutions, and professional and industry organizations, including the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia, the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, the Bali Provincial Government, Bali Tourism Board, the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) Bali, the Indonesian Food and Beverage Producers Association (GAPMMI), the Indonesian Retail Merchants Association (APRINDO), the Indonesian Café and Restaurant Entrepreneurs Association (APKRINDO), SIGEP World, Worls Chef, Association, Association of Culinary Professionals (ACP) Indonesia, Indonesian Pastry Bakery Society (IPBS), Indonesian Coffee Council (DEKOPI), Indonesian Culinary Professionals Association (IKABOGA), the Institute of Tourism & International Business, the Indonesian Fishery Product Processing and Marketing Entrepreneurs Association (AP5I), the Indonesian Cold Chain Association (ARPI), the Indonesian Hotel Purchasing Association (APHI), the Indonesian Coffee Association (ASKI), and many others.

Bali Interfood 2026 also invites business players, buyers and importers, distributors, as well as hotel, restaurant, café, and catering (HORECA) businesses. The event also targets representatives of modern and traditional retail, franchises, raw-material producers, and investors seeking to explore partnership opportunities while expanding their business networks in the food, beverage, and HORECA sectors.

Visitors can register online through the official Bali Interfood 2026 website at https://register.kristaonline.com/visitor/baliinterfood. On-site registration will also be available during the event. Admission is IDR 100,000 and provides access for all three days of the exhibition.
