Bali Interfood 2026 officially opened today at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC), Nusa Dua, Bali. Now in its seventh edition, held from September 24, 2026, the international exhibition organized by Krista Exhibitions Group brings together key players from the food and beverage (F&B), hospitality, bakery, coffee, wine & spirits industries, as well as technology and business solution providers, within one integrated ecosystem.

Bali Interfood 2026 serves as a strategic meeting point for manufacturers, distributors, importers, buyers, HORECA businesses, retailers, restaurant and cafe owners, and investors. In addition to the exhibition, business matching sessions, networking activities, and educational programs create opportunities for new collaborations and business transactions. Featuring 110 exhibitors from eight countries, including 35 MSMEs, Bali Interfood 2026 showcases the latest products, technologies, and solutions for the F&B and hospitality industries, with a target of attracting 15,000 visitors over the threeday event.
CEO of Krista Exhibitions, Daud D. Salim, said, “Bali holds a strategic position in the development of Indonesia’s F&B industry. The continued growth of the tourism, hotel, restaurant, cafe, and culinary business sectors in Bali is driving increasingly diverse demand for products, raw materials, equipment, technology, and industry solutions.”
“Bali is not only a tourism destination, but also one of Indonesia’s key growth centers for the hospitality and culinary industries. This is why we present Bali Interfood as a platform that connects industry needs with innovation and business opportunities, while also creating greater opportunities for local businesses and MSMEs to grow and connect with broader markets,” he added.
This year, Bali Interfood is being held alongside Bali Hotel & Tourism, Bali Coffee Expo, Bali Wine & Spirit, and Bakery Indonesia Expo 2026. This collaboration creates a broader industry ecosystem covering raw materials, food and beverage products, bakery and pastry, coffee, wine & spirits, processing equipment, HORECA, catering services, technology, and packaging solutions. Visitors can not only discover products that meet their business needs, but also gain insight into how the various sectors within the F&B and hospitality industries are interconnected. “What we present is not only products, but also opportunities to meet the people behind the industry buyers, suppliers, chefs, purchasing professionals, distributors, associations, and hospitality professionals,” Daud added.
One of Bali Interfood 2026’s flagship programs is the Gelato World Cup Indonesian Selection, held over three days. Visitors can watch the competition while also taking part in workshops showcasing the techniques and creativity of professional gelato makers. The program includes the Coconut Mango Dessert Gelato Workshop, Morello Cherry Gelato Mixologist Workshop, Gelato Competition, Sorbet Lollies Gelato Workshop, and Blood Orange Sorbet Mixologist Workshop.
Beyond gelato, visitors can enjoy a variety of culinary and beverage sessions featuring chefs and industry professionals. Programs include Cinnamon Roll with Chef Fajri Winarno, Dimsum Keju Lumer & Ghyong Chilli Oil with Chef Lucky R Katili, Bali Beans Manual Brew Class with Barista I Made Galih Kresnadana, and a Mie Goreng Lada Hitam & Kwetiau Goreng Olive Vegetable demonstration with Chef Ugay.
Bali Interfood 2026 also offers a flavor exploration experience that pairs wine with a range of taste profiles through a series of Wine Pairings. Visitors are invited to enjoy unique and innovative combinations, including Wine & Coffee Sensory with Bali Beans Coffee, Wine & Chocolate Pairing with Mason Chocolates Bali, and Plant- Based Perfection: A Green Rebel Wine Pairing Workshop.
Meanwhile, the IPBI Competition Area features various competitions and workshops, including the Fruit Carving Competition, Table Setting Into the Sea Competition, and Flower Table Decoration Workshop. Sustainability issues are also part of the educational agenda through the panel discussion “Rethinking Food Waste: How Hospitality Can Do It Better” by the Business & Community Manager of the Bali Restaurant Cafe Association (BRCA).
Bali Interfood 2026 also strengthens its business dimension through the Business Matching Room, which specifically connects Ho.Re.Ca.Ba industry players (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, and Bakeries) with suppliers and exhibitors. Scheduled activities include “Ngopi Darat with Purchasing & Supplier Ho.Re.Ca.Ba Bali,” Coffee Morning with APKRINDO & APRINDO Bali, Afternoon Tea with IKABOGA & PHRI Bali, and Meetup with Bali Restaurant Cafe Associations.
The program creates opportunities for direct meetings between purchasing and procurement representatives and suppliers offering raw materials, products, equipment, technology, and various solutions for business operational needs.
For business operators, these meetings provide opportunities to find new product sources, compare solutions, build connections with suppliers, and explore potential partnerships that can continue beyond the exhibition.
Bali Interfood 2026 also places emphasis on improving human resource quality through the Krista Training Center by IKABOGA, which brings in the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) for Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, Baker, Commis Pastry, and RCC (Certificate Validity Extension) certification areas.
This series of programs demonstrates that developing the F&B industry requires not only product and technology innovation, but also stronger professional competencies and greater awareness of the industry’s evolving challenges.
This collaboration strengthens Bali Interfood’s position as a meeting space for diverse interests across the F&B and hospitality industries. Manufacturers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, buyers, investors, culinary professionals, and technology providers all come together within one ecosystem. The opening of Bali Interfood 2026 marks the start of three days of opportunities for industry players to discover innovations and products, build connections, strengthen competencies, and create new business opportunities.
