Creating an indelible mark on its food scene though dishes rooted in Middle Eastern flavours, guest can experience the innovation and charm that has made Sardine such an embodiment of Seminyak’s modern food scene. “Both Mediterranean and Middle East are regions where food is a love language. Cuisine from these regions, imbued with flavour and emotion, will be served to our Seminyak’s diners,” says Alban, “We will have the L’Orientale Night as a regular thematic event every Monday to provide alternative dining experiences to our customers.”
