Hosted at the acclaimed Karma Kandara resort, this one-day-only real-deal Texan BBQ by the Beach serves up more than just food, it serves legacy. Expect a menu drawn from generations-old family recipes, brought to life by our very own acclaimed American chef, Joseph Antonishek; a James Beard Award honoree hailing from Los Angeles. Together with his crew, he leans into time-tested low-and-slow techniques, layering each dish with precision, patience, and just the right touch of island soul.
On the table? Slow-smoked USDA pork ribs, wagyu brisket kissed by coffee wood for 13 hours, and sugarcane-brined half spring chicken glazed with pineapple BBQ as well as pulled pork sandwiches on toasted brioche. Sides as they should be: cowboy baked beans with house-cured bacon, potato salad with yellow mustard dressing, and crunchy coleslaw tossed in apple cider vinegar. Every plate is savoury, slow, and deeply satisfying.
Tito’s Handmade Vodka; Texas-born and proudly independent, leads the charge with a set of bold, beach-ready cocktails. The Tito’s Trail Mule blends passion chilli liqueur with house ginger beer, while Tito’s On the Beach offers a sun-drenched mix of peach schnapps, cranberry, and orange. Two more variations round out the experience, each crafted with Tito’s signature smooth finish.
Entrance is complimentary for holders of a U.S. passport plus one guest, with a minimum spend requirement. Dishes start at 185K IDR++ and Tito’s cocktails are offered at 150K IDR++.
