In commemoration of its 35th anniversary, Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel proudly hosts a meaningful series of events highlighting the hotel’s enduring commitment to community, culture, and sustainability. Throughout the celebration period, the hotel has curated a variety of programs aimed at giving back, engaging with local traditions, and fostering overall well-being.
The celebration includes spiritual visits, donations to the Bali Care for Cancer Kids Foundation, cultural preservation through a batik workshop for local entrepreneurs, and a moving art exhibition titled “Heartbeat Rhythm.” Health and wellness are central themes, with initiatives such as breast cancer awareness and screenings, blood donations, general health check-ups, and free mental health consultations offered to participants.
In line with the hotel’s strong environmental values, activities also include a coastal clean-up campaign, the planting of mangrove trees in collaboration with Forum Peduli Mangrove, and the donation of garbage bins to local schools. These initiatives are carried out in cooperation with Artha Graha Peduli, reflecting the shared vision of environmental stewardship and social responsibility within the Artha Graha Group.
Social outreach efforts are further strengthened through the distribution of basic food packages (sembako) to local residents, and sports competitions among Artha Graha Bali units. The festivities also feature “Discovery Got Talent,” a platform designed to showcase and celebrate the hidden talents of the Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel staff.
The celebration culminates with an official anniversary ceremony and a staff gathering to honor the dedicated people behind the hotel’s continued success.
