Ape Club, the eagerly awaited gastrobrewery, is thrilled to announce its grand opening on September 2, 2023, offering an unparalleled fusion of exceptional cuisine, craft-brewed beers, and captivating entertainment. Situated in the heart of Uluwatu, Ape Club welcomes locals and tourists alike to indulge in an immersive experience that marries creativity and community.
With a sprawling 3,000m² space, Ape Club introduces an innovative concept to the vibrant food and beverage scene of Bali. From 12 noon until midnight, seven days a week, guests can revel in an expansive seating area accommodating over 250 patrons, as well as standing room for up to 1,000 enthusiasts.
With the grand opening, Ape Club proudly debuts its original craft beers, which include Nusa Blonde, Bored Hazy, ULU IPA, and Sunset Ale, each presenting a distinct profile that caters to diverse palates. These artisanal brews are carefully concocted in Ape Club’s own brewery in Mengwi, Bali, alongside an array of funky cocktails, imported wines, and signature Ape drinks.
Distinguished Mexican National Chef Mauricio Barreto leads Ape Club’s kitchen, unveiling a tantalizing array of dishes inspired by South American flavors and international classics. Chef Mauricio’s background includes executive chef positions at renowned establishments worldwide, underscoring his passion for innovative and high-quality cuisine.
