The Amman Mineral Men’s World Tennis Championship 2024′ is held in Nusa Dua Bali from August 25 to September 25, 2024. This men’s tennis tournament is part of the International Tennis Federation (ITF) tour calendar. Amman Mineral Men’s World Tennis Championship 2024 will be held in four series in two categories, M15 and M25. More than 300 national and international tennis athletes have registered such as Christopher Rungkat, Rifqi Fitriadi, Nathan Barki, Omar Jasika with world rank 248, Jay Clarke, Blake Ellis, and many more.
The first series runs from August 25 to September 1 in category M15 with total prize of USD15.000. This tournament will be continued with the second series in category M25 on September 2 to 8 followed by the third series running from 9 to 15 September. The fourth and final series of the Amman Men’s World Tennis Championship 2024 competition will be held on 16 to 25 September 2024 in category M15.
This championship is supported by sponsors among them PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMAN) as main sponsor, and Bank BNI, Permata Bank, Injourney dan Injourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) as well as supported by The Nusa Dua, Dunlop, Eternal Plus, and Pocari Sweat. This international level tennis competition was previously held in Jakarta. In 2024, Bali was selected to become the new host. Lani Sardadi, Tournament Director for the Amman Mineral Men’s World Tennis Championship 2024, explains that the move of location serves many purposes.
“With this international level tennis competition held in Nusa Dua, Bali, we hope to contribute to Bali’s tourism and economic sector through sport tourism. With this new ambiance, we also look forward to improving player spirits and performance, namely the Indonesian tennis athletes, thus elevating their game and wins in a international level competition,” claims Lani.
Lani adds that with completion of additional facilities such as the clubhouse, Nusa Dua, Bali will be ready to host various international level tennis tournaments, including tournaments from the ITF and ATP’s tour calendars.
The tournament is expected to become an effective sports event by developing a strong mentality, sportsmanship, discipline and elevate Indonesia’s position within the international world of sports.
